My Story
Hey everyone, I'm Maple!! Summer of 2025, I was in the hands of some questionable people. They only gave me food and water every few days, and it was only a matter of time before I succumbed to their neglect. However - this awesome family came across me, and did everything they could to bring me home! Once they did, life got so much better. Lots of food, tasty grain, and they ALWAYS made sure I had water. After getting my teeth floated, hooves trimmed, and nursing me back to health day by day, they decided to surrender me to Mending the Soul - where Mackenzie could continue my rehabilitation, get some training on me, and find me my new home! While I can be a little spooky at times and don't trust easy (I mean, can you blame me?), I know my forever person is out there waiting for me, and I can't wait to meet them!!
